Yes, I’m a supervisor!

I supervise Oregon and Washington Counselor Associates. I am also working toward advanced “Approved Supervisor” status in Oregon (which means I’ll be able to supervise other supervisors). My supervisor-of-supervision is Gianna Russo-Mitma, LPC.

I absolutely love helping clinicians who are newer to the field find their own voice and style, while still having a highly ethical and legally-compliant practice. Sure, there are some non-negotiable things in counseling, but there is almost always a lot of room for meeting requirements in a style that fits you.

I supervise folks from a variety of theoretical orientations but you should know that my primary orientation is ACT (a third-wave behavior therapy). I treat a lot of OCD, Autism, OCPD, ADHD, work stress, and general rigidity, in my practice. I treat mostly adults and adolescents. I’m also trained in SPACE which is a therapy that helps kids by training their parents ways to manage their anxiety at home.

If my website and this page resonate with you, I’d love to talk about your supervision needs!
